Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using arya.clothing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

2. Signing up for updates

When you sign up for first access, you agree to receive emails from ARYA about our products and the first drop. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

3. Referral rewards

After you sign up, you receive a personal referral link. A referral counts when someone who is not already on our list signs up with a valid email address through your link.

One friend: when your first referral counts, you and that friend both receive early access to the first drop, 48 hours before it opens to everyone else.

Three friends: when three referrals count, you receive 20% off your first order, sent as a single use code before the first drop goes live. The discount applies once, cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so, and has no cash value.

Referring yourself, using duplicate or fake email addresses, or any other attempt to game the program does not count, and we may remove rewards earned that way. We may change or end the referral program at any time; rewards already earned before a change will be honored.

4. Products and availability

Our collection is not yet on sale. Product names, descriptions, colors and sizes shown on this site may change before launch. First access is offered to people on our email list and is subject to availability.

5. Intellectual property

All content on arya.clothing, including the ARYA name, logo, product names, images and copy, is the property of ARYA and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

This site is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
